• Thank you for your puchase! Whether you've already purchased, or are just browsing, I want to outline my return policies so you know what you can expect from DeLaveaga Designs LLC.

Returning or Exchanging a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

If you received an item that was delivered damaged or defective, or received an incorrect item, I'm sorry to hear that! Please read through the following.

• I encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon arrival. For packages damaged during shipping, I recommend taking photos and refusing delivery. If the damage is noticed after delivery, most shipping companies allow only 2 business days to make a claim for the damage.
• Without exception, orders confirmed defective can be returned for a refund within 45 days. Replacements for defective items are available for either 3 months or 1 year (determined by item category). If a replacement item is not available, I may replace your item with a comparable one, at the company's discretion.
• If you receive an item that is not what you purchased, please let me know, and I will replace it with the correct item at no additional cost to you.

• To request a return, refund or exchange, please contact me at delaveagadesigns@gmail.com, with the subject header "RETURN, REFUND,or EXCHANGE REQUESTED". Please specify the reason for your return in the body of the email, as well as photographs of the damage/reason for return.

Returning or Exchanging a Non-Defective Item

I get it, sometimes you change your mind. If you've purchased from me and decided you no longer want or like one or more of the items, please read the following.

• Most items can be returned up to 45 days after receiving for a refund of the item's purchase price (not including any shipping or handling charges), minus a standard 20% restocking fee.
• No refund will be granted for product which has been used, installed, or tampered with in any way which compromises our ability to remarket or resell the product. DeLaveaga Designs LLC maintains full discretion in decisions regarding a product's fitness for return.
  • Each item will be inspected upon return. Items that are not in new condition may refused based on the condition of the item.
  • If an item is refused, you will NOT be issued a refund. You will have 14 days to alert us whether you would like us to return the item to you, at your expense, or to dispose of the item for you.
• Items labeled as "Final Sale" are considered final and cannot be returned.
